My key says it's already in use (key_in_use)
Each license activates on one computer. If you see a
key_in_use error, your key is already bound to another machine. Sign in to your account dashboard and regenerate your key — the old key stops working and the new one activates on this computer.I got a new computer — how do I move ModelAudit?
It's self-service. Go to your account dashboard, regenerate your key, then enter the new key in the ModelAudit pane on the new computer. Moving a license just means regenerating the key.
My login code isn't arriving
Codes are emailed and expire in 15 minutes. Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, request a new code — and if that fails, contact support and we'll sort it out.
My trial is used up
The free trial covers 20 sessions. When it's exhausted, buy a license ($29/yr) — your
MA- key appears right after checkout. Enter it in the pane to keep going.The ModelAudit tab doesn't appear in Excel
This is almost always a sideloading detail. Re-check the shared-folder catalog and Trust Center settings on the install page. If it still won't show, contact support.
