Terms of service

These terms cover your use of ModelAudit, an Excel add-in for auditing financial models. By installing or using ModelAudit, you agree to them. We've kept them plain.

1. Subscription

ModelAudit is offered as a subscription at $29 per year, per user. Your subscription includes product updates and support for the paid period.

2. License and activated computers

A subscription gives you a license key that activates ModelAudit on one computer. To move ModelAudit to a different computer, regenerate your key from the account dashboard: the old key is deactivated and the new key activates on the new computer. Keys are for your own use and may not be shared.

3. Free trial

ModelAudit includes a free 20-session trial with every feature included and no signup required. Once the trial is used up, a paid license is required to keep using the add-in.

ModelAudit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to ModelAudit is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. ModelAudit is a tool to help you audit models; it does not replace your own review and judgment.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions run for the period you pay for. You can cancel at any time; if you don't renew, your access ends at the end of the current paid period. The add-in does not delete or alter your workbooks when access ends.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Singapore].

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
